Thank you for shopping with Chubbs Bait Shop! Below you’ll find important information about how we handle shipping and delivery, including special considerations for live bait orders.

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Orders containing live bait are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday to prevent delays over the weekend.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (required for live bait)

Local Pickup (if available): Free – we’ll notify you when your order is ready
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors.

3. Live Bait Shipping Policy

Live bait is only shipped via expedited methods to ensure safe and timely delivery.

We currently ship live bait within the continental United States only.

Live bait is not eligible for returns or exchanges due to its perishable nature.

We take great care in packing live bait with appropriate insulation and temperature control materials.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery upon arrival. Chubbs Bait Shop is not responsible for live bait left unattended or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

4. Shipping Locations
We ship to addresses within the United States. For special requests or locations outside the U.S., please contact us at chubbsbaitshop@gmail.com before placing an order.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please use it to monitor your shipment status through the carrier’s website.

6. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at chubbsbaitshop@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery. For live bait orders, we may request photos and details to assess the issue.

7. Returns & Exchanges
Please review our Return Policy for details on returnable products. Live bait and box blinds cannot be returned or refunded except in cases of documented damage upon delivery.
